WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Please bring a mat and water bottle! We offer mat rentals, mat towel rentals, and water bottles for purchase. There is a water refill station available. Complimentary sweat towels are provided.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AS A NEW CLIENT?
Be sure to utilize our new client BOGO offer! For your first class, mat and mat towel rentals are complimentary. Please arrive to the studio 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. We recommend hydrating before, during, and after class. Be prepared to sweat!

WHERE DO I PARK + WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE?
Parking: We offer on-site validated parking for up to 1.5 hours. Please scan and register your car in the parking garage upon first arrival. Validation QR codes are located in the studio. You can enter the parking garage through the 4th Ave or Ensley Blvd entrance. The direct studio entrance is on the Ensley side of the building. We are not responsible for parking fees beyond 1.5 hours.

Entrance: Look for the Melt mirror sign at the Ensley side of the building. Once inside, turn left and walk past the mail room and fitness center to the double doors. Enter through the double doors and take a right. You made it!

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please cancel a minimum of 12 hours prior to your class reservation. Cancellations made within the 12 hour window are considered late cancels and you will lose your class credit. No-shows will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO CLASS?
New clients should arrive to class 10 minutes early. It is recommended that all clients arrive 5 minutes early to check in and settle in. Classes begin on time and doors lock 1 minute after the start of class. Beyond the 1 minute grace period, you will not be permitted to enter class. Late arrivals are subject to standard late cancellation policies.

WHAT IS YOUR PHONE POLICY?
To help nurture an immersive experience, phones are not permitted in The Melt Room during class. You are welcomed and encouraged to take photos and videos before or after class. Phones must be stored in the lobby by the start of class.

ARE SHOWERS AVAILABLE?
We do not have showers available in studio. There is a changing room with beauty products available for use. Be prepared to MELT (sweat) and plan accordingly. Complimentary sweat towels are provided.

CAN I HOST A PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes! We love curating group experiences. Great for birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate events, etc. Email hello@melthotpilates.com for pricing and availability.
Studio buyouts require a 48 hour written cancellation to hello@melthotpilates.com. Lack of written cancellation will result in a full event charge.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All purchases are final. Merchandise, class credits, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAIN DELAY POLICY?
All classes begin on time and late entry is not permitted. If you are delayed due to the train, please notify the studio prior to class start time. With notice, we are happy to return your class credit as a courtesy. Without notice, standard late cancellation policies apply.

WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY?
Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial commitment period, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@melthotpilates.com and will take effect 30 days from the date received. Any payments scheduled within that period will be processed as usual. We are unable to accommodate cancellations without proper notice.
